Important Dates:

• Week of Dec 9^th: Reg Opens. Each person planning to attend the meeting must complete their own registration form. Registration Fee is $600 USD. 
• Week of Dec 9^th - Draft Agenda goes LIVE
• January 24^th ,2025 - Hotel Cut Off Date. The M3AAWG negotiated room rate is guaranteed until January 24^th, 2025 or until group block has been fulfilled. After January 24^th, rooms would be available until the group block has been fulfilled, please contact the hotel directly to determine availability.           
• February 12^th,2025  - Registration Closes. The late Registration Fee is $750 USD, effective after 5:00 PM PT on February 12^th, 2025.

M³AAWG - Health and safety requirements for each meeting, including vaccination and masking, will be set according to local government and public health recommendations applicable at the time of the event. M³AAWG may change, update, or add to these requirements at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of attendees and others, and attendees must comply with relevant policies and requirements as communicated by M³AAWG. Members planning to attend the meeting can stay current on these requirements on the  M³AAWG Health and Safety.

Meeting Registration will open 4-6 weeks prior to meeting, you will receive an email when we open the Registration link. Please note: each person planning to attend the meeting must complete their own registration form.  On-Site, in order to pick up your badge and gain access to the M³AAWG meeting space, all registered M³AAWG attendees must show proof of identification to pick up their M³AAWG badge. A government issued identification card, with photo and same name registration name must be presented at the registration desk.  If you are unable to provide identification you will not be granted access to the M³AAWG meeting.
